the staff were so helpfull and the design was very modern. i liked the continental breakfast. room was appropriate, fancy with nice furniture. central location, at walking distance from ortahisar. thanks to an excellent service i had an exceptional stay.

The place was tidy, staff was really friendly! Room was big and neat, appreciated it. Marvellous view, bed was comfortable enough. The property was modern and we had a very comfortable stay.

Warm enough room, approaching staff, marvellous location. The beach was magnificent. We also went to city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel. First-class customer service too.

Had breakfast in the dining room. Quite rooms with terrace, microwave and hairdryer. The location was pleasant - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was super diligent and the service was spectacular.

All in all a good experience. Attentiveness and care taken by bfast staff made it all fabulous. Booked a room with wonderful views. Found in the lively area, the hotel offered fair prices.

The staff were ATTENTIVE, the rooms was very clean at all times. The location turned out to be excellent. And it's not very far from downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed that there was Sanitas Lounge with short-orders right next to the venue, super convenient.

The street, it was noisy.

Service was perfect throughout the hotel. We greatly enjoyed service and rooms. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. We would like to go back there again if visiting Trabzon.
